Dev Update: Fixes, Performance, and Community Feedback
Today’s development focus brought a wave of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes that directly impact your in-game experience. A key highlight was resolving a tooltip issue related to planting beds—now you’ll get accurate information when interacting with your crops. This fix also uncovered and resolved a broader issue affecting 48 previously unclickable objects, including dungeon entrances, restoring access to areas you may have been blocked from.
The crafting window now properly retains your lot storage selection even after reopening, making crafting sessions smoother and more intuitive. Several incorrect lot signs have been corrected, ensuring your property markers display accurately across the world. Additionally, 14 previously inactive leaderboards are back online, so your progress and rankings are once again visible and updated.
On the performance side, a large 1,400-item report was successfully processed, fixing an issue where the system had been reading from the top of the list instead of the full dataset—now all data is being handled correctly behind the scenes.
We also reviewed community feedback from the nightly forum sweep. A request for archer balance adjustments has been added to the wishlist, and a follow-up note was posted to an ongoing discussion about cursor art, showing we’re actively tracking player suggestions.
These updates may not always be flashy, but they help make Shroud of the Avatar more stable, responsive, and enjoyable every time you log in. Thanks for your patience and for sharing your thoughts—your input continues to shape the game.
