New Features & Fixes: October 8, 2026 – Smarter Combat, Better Tools, and More Fun

By admin · 10/9/2026

The team shipped Build 311 on Chaos today, bringing a wave of quality-of-life improvements and new content that players will feel in every corner of the world.

Combat now rewards smarter teamwork: kill experience is calculated by comparing each player’s damage output to every enemy on the kill, so you’ll see in chat who contributed most—and who didn’t. Human enemies have also gotten smarter: tanks break free of stuns faster, pirate crews act as a unit, and the Ebon Dawn now shield up, target the weak, and disrupt casts.

You can now talk as a ghost—dead players can still chat in guild, party, and whispers, though local chat remains silent. The Journal’s new Tips tab keeps tracker hints visible forever, and the Oracle now answers 50 more questions, from lava fishing spots to Summon Lich quest steps. Want to copy an Oracle answer? Just use the new Copy button.

For creators and collectors, wax cylinders can now be played in place, and the new Adjustable Training Dummy lets you practice against different enemy types. Coral reef decor from saltwater fishing adds stunning new ways to decorate your home, and chum lets you fish for sharks and big trophies with friends.

The world feels more alive too: gathering nodes now shimmer in their tier’s color for easy spotting, rocky hillsides have their cracks and ledges back, and the Seasonal PvP trophy is back in the rotation with new fish tournament medals.

The launcher now starts the game automatically after updates, and the login screen can remember your accounts and passwords. You can even toggle place names to stay in English, even in translated clients.

And for players who’ve lost lots or pets: the 24-hour grace period to reclaim a mistakenly unclaimed lot is now live, and all pets lost in Build 310 are back on their Taming Necklaces.

Finally, screen shake can now be fully disabled, and the new Enemy Player Nameplate Distance slider lets PvP players track foes up to 60 meters away. A full Ukrainian translation is live, and skills now apply their exact tooltip bonuses—no rounding.

It’s another step toward a richer, more responsive world. Welcome back, and keep exploring.
