Lightning
Ranged lightning damage spell with a chance of stun. Both damage and stun chance are increased based on the caster's dexterity. Lightning has a chance to apply a debuff that will reduce the air resistance of the target. Air Specialization increases the number of times that the air resistance debuff can be applied.
