Updates have been made, since we first announced the Vendor Management Tool last week.  The hope is that we learn more about the game and better manage what can sprawl into an incomprehensible mess in-game.

We are looking for feedback and bug reports.  Please send them to sotanetdev@gmail.com.  The receipts come in a lot of different localized formats that we won't see until we encounter them through this site.  We will work to support all formats as they come in.

There are several goals for the tool:

1. For you to understand and manage your own data.  You don't have to share anything you don't want to.  You can upload your receipts and see a comprehensive set of reports that help you understand your data.   The hope is that you understand how all of your vendors perform, what listings work and don't on each vendor and how to more effectively run a vendor. 
2. For all of us to learn from each other's data and really improve the market efficiency throughout the game.  The player base is completely starved of "actionable intelligence", which is a gap we hope we are beginning to fill.
3. Improve the overall health of the in-game economy with good data through improved vision into item pricing and demand. 
4. Give you a platform to share your wares and what you are doing in-game.  Hopefully, if you are using the publicity options, you get more customers and it's easier for all of us to find what we are looking for in-game.

The goal is to integrate the API with the receipt data and get a comprehensive view of how we use our in-game items and help each other connect in-game through guilds, towns, parties and trade.  Moreover, we will give you tools to market guilds, towns and events!
